Apply online for APS Application Form – How to Apply. 

1. Open official Army Public School website i.e http://aps-csb.in/
2. Click the button “New Registration”.
3. The page appears where you have to fill all your personal details correctly such as name, phone number, email id etc.
4. Once you completed, click “Proceed” button.
5. On next page, you will be asked to pay your e-challan using net banking, credit card or debit card.
6. After successful payment of your challan, you will be sent an OTP, which you have to enter to proceed.
7. Now they will ask for your final submission of application form. Click submission button at the end to complete.
8. Finally, you will receive message “thanks for submission”.
